All In One Building completed a job in the centre of Peterborough, we were involved with this project from the very start, we worked with the architects and the client to come up with the most cost effective scheme for the project. The end result was conversion of an old building(used as a printers) into 9 luxury flats. Once started although we had minimal external alterations to do, we had nearly 3 weeks stripping the inside filling over 20 16yard skips. After that we were able to make structural alterations before starting with the new layout, 4 months later and the plasterers were in. After fitting out all the flats to the clients specifications and giving the communal stairwell a commercial hard wearing finish and the whole place a finial clean and test we were finished.
This project took 7 months to complete.
